Dr. Md Qasim, a permanent resident of Bihar, India, born in Chapra, Saran, had his early education at Patna High School & passed BSSEB in First division, and in Patna Science college, B N College and Prince of Wales Medical college under Patna university to obtain MBBS to become Physician of repute, later he joined in Border Security Officer as Senior Medical Officer and resigned to get admission in Postgraduate course & obtain DMRD to become Radiologist of repute, to become Asst. Professor in Diagnostic Radiology in MGM Medical College & practicing in the area in the service of humanity till today. He was married to Shamim Fatma in 1966 and with her they have three children all are well educated Later on he joined as to became the Trustee of Dr.Shaheen Neshat Memorial Trust in memory of their late daughter Dr.Shaheen Neshat a noble soul who wished to serve the society specially the minority through education and professional training particularly the girls of minority, and in this direction many works including Al-Shaheen paramedical college has been started with the authorization from Govt. of Bihar, under the management of Dr Shaheen Neshat Memorial Trust. |
Shamim Fatma resident of Bihar, born in Saran having her early education in Basantpur and has passed BSSEB from Maghar High School, in First division, and studied in Jai Prakash Mahila College in Chapra. She was married to Dr. Md. Qasim, with whom she stayed all along in BSF career, and visited the advance area of Indian border and firing of heavy machine guns in advance area, was very popular among the officers family, there, she enjoyed the life in medical college and in medical practice, along with her husband. she was very upset due to untimely sad demise of her beloved daughter Dr. Shaheen Neshat that inspire her to become writer and she become the author of book “Mohabbat Zinda Rehti Hai” in Urdu, the book is very popular for family reforma, and has been purchased by Govt. of Bihar through Raja Rammohun Roy Library foundation, Block DD-34, Sector 1, Saltlake city, Kolkata- 700064 on dated 09.07.2007 vide letter number 8-3/IMP/SP/2005-06. through Govt. of Bihar, and a Hindi translation is also published.
